To make your mark as the Regional Business and Fleet Finance Manager, you will:
Partner with Dealer Sales and Service Managers (DSSMs) and Area Sales Managers (ASMs) on dealership and business customer sales.
Design programs to support the growth of business and fleet finance under the guidance of the Regional Marketing Manager. Recommend product enhancements and provide support to corporate and regional managers in the development of products.
Work in concert with regional training managers and corporate Sales Development in the creation and delivery of training programs designed to enhance Dealer Sales and Service Offices (DSSO) Business Finance sales abilities.
Develop incremental Fleet Finance business. Conduct sales calls on national fleet customers. Partner with TMS Fleet department and TFS Commercial Finance for cross-sell opportunities. Support the growth of TMS Fleet sales. Align with Commercial Finance operating methods to maximize Fleet Finance results.
Perform detailed performance analysis for DSSOs and dealerships.
Identify actions needed to improve performance.
Complete competitive analysis and recommend appropriate pricing changes.
Coordinate the establishment of DSSO Business Finance objectives and Commercial Finance Fleet Finance objectives.
In all activities, serve to strengthen the TFS Brand and achieve Long Term Strategy objectives.
Qualifications
TFS is looking for individuals with strong business sense and practical expertise. Successful candidates must have:
?7+ years of experience in automotive commercial or fleet finance industry. Previous high level sales experience is preferred
?Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience is required
?Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and comprehensive PC operations is vital
