Wayne-Dalton Corporation, a leading manufacturer and international distributor of overhead doors is currently seeking a Regional Credit Representative located in Tempe, Arizona.

Job Duties/Requirements

Review credit application, commercial credit reports and trade references. Evaluate the creditworthiness, risk and available credit limit for new customers within established guidelines. Identify and monitor overdue accounts. Work directly with customers to secure payment and help resolve customer issues. Review documents substantiating transactions, and conduct account reconciliations. Prepare accounts for bad debt/legal upon notice from Credit Mgr.


Requirements: High school diploma or its equivalent and minimum one-year previous business-to-business collection experience. Working with builder accounts, understanding their payment process is a plus. Some college coursework preferred. Good communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office is required.
