Regional Internal Sales Representatives

 

Principal Responsibilities May Include:Identify and develop sales in coordination with external sales partners. Provide sales support to advisors?primarily via telephone. Proactively call financial advisors to develop leads and to nurture existing relationships, while promoting sales of OppenheimerFunds? products and services. Provide financial advisors with technical and market-driven sales ideas and strategies. Qualify prospects by identifying advisor?s needs, and form appropriate solutions for building the relationship. Resolve problems and eliminate barriers to wholesaler effectiveness through home office contacts within OFDI. Follow-up and close business, based on outstanding leads.

Competencies for Success:Series 7 and 63 license. A minimum of 3 years of successful financial services sales experience, and a passion for sales excellence. College degree preferred. The ability to think strategically and provide direction. Effective communication and presentation skills. Strong work commitment. Excellent product knowledge of Mutual Funds and the financial markets in general. The ability to review and understand performance and profitability. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
