A new face in the industry, LownHome, is in search of a Regional Sales Manager with a minimum of five years of mortgage lending experience for our Regional Operating Center (ROC) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  We are looking for someone with a little bit of this, and a little bit of that and a whole lot of get-up-and-go!! Let?s talk about you: We are looking for an experience mortgage sales professional who has the ability to develop key business relationships with Broker Owners and Loan Officers. You have the ability to market our complete suite of loan products and develop your own sales team. You must have a desire to lead and develop sales people and understand the importance of being a team player with a positive attitude.  You are a self-starter, comfortable with new business development, and seamless with time and territory management. The major responsibilities for the Regional Sales Manager are the following:

 Possess exceptional knowledge of all loan products and underwriting criteria.Proactively prospect, qualify, and maintain a regional territory account base by building face-to-face relationships with Broker Owners and key Originators.Coach, manage, and motivate your Inside AE Team. (IAE)Develop and manage an annual business plan that includes goals, objectives, and marketing strategy.In concert with the ROC VP of Sales, develop specific sales strategies to consistently increase active account base and maximize your internal team?s performance. (IAE)Build long term relationships by having comprehensive knowledge of broker?s business issues and by assisting mortgage brokers in developing new avenues of business through the use of entire product set and cross pollination of referral relationships.Establish and demonstrate an effective sales process to include:Defining customer needs, buying criteria, dominant buying motiveSetting clear call objectivesTime and territory managementDaily/weekly/monthly goal setting and  reporting of actual performance with:New account activationCurrent account penetrationProduct mix breadthSelling effectively against competitionMaintaining an update CRMConduct weekly sales and training presentations for Brokers and Loan Officers.Conduct Semi-Annual Business Review Meetings with core accounts.Exceed ROC budgeted volume, earnings, and turnover goals. Consistently provide new ideas for products, sales strategies, and marketing/communication.Participate in regional Broker, Realtor, and Builder organizations.Proficient with MS Office Products.
