JOB DUTIES The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for a variety of exciting things: Take pride and in the fact that the incumbent will be able to manage their region as a ?business? which enables and encourages an entrepreneurial spirit.  Recruit and manage talent in an effort to build and maintain a highly effective sales force which will increase team performance.  Be required to travel across the region and ?in the field? up to 60% of the time.  Build, source and manage existing & current customer relationships by developing a thick referral-based network as well as through direct lead generation and cold-calling.

 

REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will possess previous experience as an Account Executive or Sales Trainer in Merchant Credit Card Processing Services or Financial Services industry.  They will have developed strong skills in leading teams to significant account wins.  Established network of contacts in banking or other similar networking experience and a four-year College degree round out the traits of this future sales executive!
