Registered Operations Manager Minimum Requirements:

5 years minimum direct securities industry experience required. Series 7 license required. Excellent telephone, communication and organizational skills are required. Candidate should be focused on attention to detail, outgoing and self confident, organized, and committed to on time delivery of tasks. Candidate should display professionalism and have independent decision making capability. Proficiency with PC applications in Windows environments, Microsoft Outlook (Mail Merge, etc.) Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Associate or undergraduate degree preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist financial advisor in managing, developing and growing customer relationships. Assist financial advisor and his clients with all office related administrative matters. Handle all customers and prospects in a timely, efficient, friendly, courteous and effective manner. Provide telephone coverage and manage incoming calls. Proof all work requested prior to returning to the requestor. Execute mail distribution, open, date and distribute, complete fax requests and fax delivery. Maintain central customer files and correspondence files for all relationships to support sales staff. Maintain daily and monthly audit reports. Arrange meetings, conferences and travel arrangements. Other responsibilities include opening and closing of accounts, transfers of funds, trade processing, statement processing, oral and written communication with clients, monitoring account activity, entering trade orders, monitoring and collecting customer tax information, obtaining written verification from customers for various transactions of funds, investment programs etc.
