Job Description & Responsibilities:

 

?To outline and execute sales and distribution strategy for sourcing retail Non- Resident Indian (NRI) mortgage loans in the US market

?To ensure consistent customer acquisition levels in line with business targets in a dynamic and competitive market place

?To ensure top-of-mind recall among the retail customer segment through continuous marketing and promotional activities, especially given the extremely active competition, providing special offers and competitive price offerings. 

?To ensure credit quality of sourcing and compliance to India and local market regulatory guidelines, while striving to surpass the sales targets

?To ensure a high standard of service, especially to the corporate and developer segments, given the highly competitive market place and the adverse impact of slack service on the referral channel of sourcing and the bank’s perception in the market.

?Manage and build the relationships with the NR Citigold and RCA team with intent to maximize quality sourcing from their client base.

?To initiate, build and manage relationships with large corporates in the region with an intent to maximize penetration in this market as well as ensuring quality service to the employees of these corporates

?Regular monitoring of the health of the portfolio to ensure good growth of the portfolio as well as minimize the credit loss

?Ensure judicious spend of marketing budgets with an intent to maximize productivity of every rupee spent on marketing and ensure good reach into the market

?Structuring individual transactions, personal discussion for credit acceptance and resolving service queries

?To ensure timely booking of mortgage files and resolving any post-booking customer query, in co-ordination with the India credit admin unit

?Very good knowledge of India Mortgage products and processes


?Good team player, with strong inter-personal skills


?Excellent communication – both written and verbal. Working knowledge of Hindi


?Willingness and capability to handle long hours during critical assignments


?Should be able to work independently with low levels of supervision


?Should be self driven


?Should have good problem resolution capabilities


?Strong people management skills
