Relationship Support Officer

An agricultural lending subsidiary of a global, triple-A rated bank is seeking an Administrative Assistant in our St. Louis, MO office. Provide support for borrowers calling in to request draws on their agricultural operating loans; also provide borrower support for the real estate portion of the portfolio. Requires understanding of credit policies; ability to interpret loan documents; ability to work smoothly with personnel from all areas of the company. Must also be able to set up borrowing bases and cash flow as well as being able to monitor these accounts.

Bachelor?s degree in business, finance or agriculture and/or 15+ years of experience in agricultural customer support. Commercial banking experience is a plus.

Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite software ? Word, Excel, Outlook and other software.

Above average communication skills and high level of commitment to excellent customer service is required.
