Tax Favored Benefits, Inc. is a growing TPA and retirement plans marketing firm which provides retirement plans in the small and medium size business community.

 

We are currently seeking a regional 401(k) service representative who will be responsible for servicing our existing and new retirement plan clients.  Servicing consists of conducting meetings, enrolling new plan participants, meeting with existing participants, educating participants, retaining assets under management and relationship management.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a financial service professional who wishes to concentrate on service and streamlined networking.

 

The right individual will have:

 Good presentation skillsSome technical knowledge of retirement plansSeries 6 or 7 and life insurance licenseDesire to work directly with plan participants and employersAbility to work well independently and also be a team playerAbility to maintain long-term business relationshipsStrong verbal communication skillsStrong work ethic

 

This position primarily encompasses the territory of Eastern Missouri, Illinois and Eastern Iowa with some overnight travel.  Compensation consists of a strong base salary plus bonuses and travel expense allowance.  We offer excellent benefits including 401(k), health insurance, group life insurance, group disability income insurance and Section 125 plans and the support of a great team of employees.
