Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor II

POSITION SUMMARY:  Process reverse mortgage loan applications, obtaining all necessary information and documents.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1.Reviews loan files for accuracy and completeness.

2.Orders appraisal, title, opens escrow, inspections as needed.

3.Keeps loan officer informed as to the progress of the loan.

4.Analyzes and resolves issues that arise as appraisal, title and inspections are received.

5.  Documents file sufficiently to provide information to allow underwriter to support loan approval.

6.  Submits file to underwriter and follows up on underwriting conditions as needed.

7.  Submits document preparation requests to order closing documents.

8.Performs other duties as requested.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

 

High school diploma or its equivalent. Mortgage processing experience required.
