Risk Associate

CITY: Bellevue STATE: Washington COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
The Risk Associate plays a key role in supporting the financial risk analysis team in processing commercial finance loan transactions
* Interprets financial statements and inputs into financial software (Moody's)
* Provides support to Senior Risk Analysts and creates presentations which include financial analyses of borrowers
* Provides post-closing support in completing required checks and balances to ensure compliance
* Reviews and analyzes Lexis/Nexis reports relative to each loan request and discuss any unusual findings with borrower

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics or accounting
* Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, with particular emphasis on Excel
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, strong detail orientation, and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Desired:
* Internship or other prior work experience in the finance industry
* Prior financial audit experience

* Effective team skills
