Position Summary: Assist Financial Executive (FE) to achieve business goals. 
Position Objective: Help FE handle daily transactions while adhering to compliance and regulatory policies.

 
Position Responsibilities:Perform all service transactions for clients.Perform all operational tasks and may place transactional trades as appropriate. Answer client questions about their account. Maintain files and supplies. Answer the phone. Assist FE in organizing and implementing calls/trips, appointments and other sales activities. Prepare and distribute outgoing mail for FE. Track daily MIS for FE. Interface with cross-functional departments to trouble shoot problems. Develop relationship with external vendors and existing clients. Assist FE in client data collection and input, producing reports, etc.



College Degree (2 or 4 year degree) 
Experience: Financial Associate or Customer Service position in Financial Services 2-3 years experience. Some sales support and/or operations experience in the financial service industry highly desired. 
Skills/Abilities: Independent and proactive worker; professional appearance and demeanor; ability to work under pressure; process-oriented;

Licensed (7, 63). 
LANGUAGE SKILLS:  Bi-lingual English/Turkish.
