Nationwide Acceptance Corporation is comprised of a group of companies that has been providing quality financial services to consumers and businesses since 1954, and is one of the largest independently-owned finance companies in the nation.  Nationwide is headquartered in Chicago and is licensed to do business in numerous states through-out the United States.  We are seeking multiple dynamic Collectors to join our exceptional Chicago and Las Vegas Collections Teams.

 

Responsibilities include:Collecting on accounts delinquent from 30-120+ Contacting customers manually and through use of auto dialer system Following up on promisesTracking paymentsReferring accounts for repossession, skip tracing and/or field calls

 

Requirements:

Must have 3? 5 years of collections experience.  Experience in automobile collections is a plus. Good knowledge of FDCPA regulations.  Dependability and good communication skills are required.Bilingual Spanish is a plus but is not required.  Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
