SENIOR OPERATIONS DATA ANALYST

Encore Capital Group is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst. The operations analyst will be responsible for data extraction and analysis of various operational metrics. In this role this candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support as required for all departments and channels to drive collections results. In addition, assist operations with evaluation of proposed operational changes.

 

Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, interpret and summarize data to create analytical reports ? 60%Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly production reports ? 15%Gather data, develop and automate production reports for various operational units ? 15%Lead discussions and present results of analysis to operations ? 10%

Candidates should possess the following:

Minimum Requirements:5 years of data mining experience3 years of experience using SAS and MS Access

Preferred:

?   Bachelors Degree in MIS or Statistics

?   SQL programming

?   Experience in the collections or banking industry

?   Ability to travel to national sites as needed (Approx. 10%)
