The ideal candidate will manage staff in LPL?s Service Center.  The Service Center is the first point of contact for LPL advisors who have inquiries regarding their clients? brokerage, advisory, and retirement accounts.  The Director position will manage the brokerage and retirement teams, whose focus is primarily on operational inquiries.  Candidate must be familiar with account transfers, money desk functions, corporate actions, custody, margins, dividends, customer statements & other key operational functions. The ideal candidate would also have experience managing a brokerage call center. 

 

Qualifications:

7 - 10 years of operations and call center experience in the brokerage or financial services industry5+ yrs experience managing staffExcellent verbal communication and customer service skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast paced, team oriented environment College degreeNASD 7 license

 

Responsibilities:

 Candidate must have proven ability to successfully manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.Direct department managers towards achieving Service Center goals in a dynamic, high volume environment. Set performance goals, coach, and motivate staff.Develop projects and training schedules.
