SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
Job Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for development and maintenance of moderately complex application development projects. Primary responsibilities will include collaborating with other technical staff to design and develop enterprise solutions. Software design and development tasks will include extending, developing and maintaining Microsoft CRM 3.0, Web Services, BizTalk and Reporting Services.
? The successful candidate will have at least 3 ? 5 years of proven application development experience within a Corporate IT environment, along with the following:
o Demonstrated solid application development skills utilizing C#, .NET, ASP, XML, AJAX, Web Services and SQL Server stored procedures
o Proven experience with Microsoft CRM 3.0, BizTalk, Reporting Services, SharePoint and Service Oriented Architectures is preferred.
o General understanding of distributed computing and networking principles
o Experience with Service Oriented Architecture
o Understanding of UML and modern software engineering practices
o Experience working in a team environment and a respectful attitude towards a team-oriented development process
o Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle and formal development processes is highly desired (creating specifications, technology pilots, analyzing application performance etc)
o Good interpersonal and written skills and organization
o Ability to interact with technical work group and business partners in a positive and productive way in order to accomplish project goals
- Basic Minimum Requirements:A bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent discipline and experience is required. Requires a minimum of three years hands-on experience designing and developing Business Applications in a Corporate IT environment Proven development experience with Microsoft CRM 3.0, BizTalk and Web Services is a big plus
