We now seek highly motivated individuals with an interest in Financial Services for the opening of:

Salaried Enroller for K-12 territory in Pinellas County, Florida


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
-Enroll interested employees in a 403(b) or 457(b) supplemental retirement plan offered through the employer.
-Uncover clients? other financial needs outside of retirement planning
-Work with existing Financial Advisors in existing marketing territories

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent related work experience
Inclination toward sales


HOURS:
Salaried Enrollers will typically be conducting retirement plan enrollments at given work locations 4 out of every 5 days per week. The 5th day will be reserved to allow flexibility in follow-up appointments and set-up activities for the next week. Enrollers will be expected to arrive at the work location at least 30 minutes prior to the employees? designated start time. On average, this should be around 7:30a.m. The enrollment should be complete by 4:00p.m on most days.


COMPENSATION:
Salaried Enrollers are salary-based. Opportunities for bonuses above the salary are available. There is no ceiling on earning potential.


TRAVEL:
The exact amount of travel depends on the assigned territory and client base. As we move forward, client-servicing tools are increasingly accessed through technology; however, face-to-face service is also an important part of servicing clients and is frequently required. Occasional travel for training, group enrollments, or regional meetings may also be required.
