Sales Assistant Dallas-Emerging Markets - Dallas

Job Description: As a valued member of our team, you’ll provide key support for the Branch Sales Manager and up to five Account Executives. Responsibilities include preparing loan documents, handling customer inquiries, taking customer payments, preparing reports and performing all necessary clerical functions to help support branch operations.



We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the exciting new position of SALES ASSISTANT within our new Emerging Markets group in El Monte, CA. As this is a new position and initiative at HSBC, the ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial zeal and a demonstrated track record in sales support and customer service. Qualified candidates must be fluent in Spanish and have a strong understanding of the Hispanic community and culture.



Successful candidates must possess 1-3 years of customer service experience, strong computer skills, good verbal and written communication skills, be able to work under minimal supervision, and the ability to work in a fast-pace environment.
