RESPONSIBILITIES:
? This individual selected will assist in development and maintenance of customer relationships by serving as the contact for assistance regarding customer accounts, researching and resolving complex and sensitive questions and problems, interfacing with customers and other bank departments to answer questions and resolve issues and organizing customer mailings and satisfactions surveys.
? This individual will also service the needs of customers, which includes preparing and processing complex or unique transactions and verify accuracy and completeness of supporting documentation working with all parties to obtain necessary information, assisting investment consultants with innovative ideas for selling new products and enhancing client relationships.


QUALIFICATIONS:
? Series 7 and 63 licenses required within 180 days of employment date
? Series 65 and CA Insurance license a plus
? One-year experience with or familiarity with investment financial products/services
? Minimum two years of experience in customer services required
? Minimum high school diploma, college-level accounting courses and/or finance courses preferred
? Proficiency with WordPerfect and Lotus
? Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
? Proven ability to problem solve
? Effective verbal and written communication skills required
