Champion Mortgage is currently seeking Experienced Sales Managers

Essential Job Functions 
-Coach, train and hire Loan Officers
-Monitor workload to ensure work is done within timely manner
-Maintain tracking and status reports required
-Assist in developing and implementing procedures for streamlining the process
-Maintain relationships with other departments
-Ensure department conforms to legal and compliance requirements
-Manage departmental expense
-Manage human resources issues and performance appraisals
-Development of staff

 

Required Skills 
-Minimum Two years sales management experience
-Previous mortgage, and/or financial services experience
-College degree or equivalent work experience

-Ability to demonstrate proven track record in sales management
-Demonstrated experience coaching, training and hiring a team of sales professionals
-Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
