Sales and Marketing Associate

We are an established independent wealth management firm posed for strong growth. Our strategy is to substantially increase our client base over the next three to five years and to do this we have to have great people implementing the strategy.



We are not looking for just good employees. We only want great associates. This position will allow you the opportunity to take on numerous responsibilities and to grow professionally.



This is a salary position with bonuses based on established goals.

Key Results Areas



These tasks are the primary function of the Sales and Marketing Associate position.



Focus on making first appointments with prospects





Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients





Implement the firm?s marketing calendar





Coordinate all aspects of delivering seminars





Organize community events such as sponsoring a local event





Create semi-annual client appreciation celebrations





Spearhead DRIP programs for prospects and or clients





Coordinate the completion and mailing of a client newsletter





Assemble Prospect Proposals









Follow up on all referrals and thank all those who have made a referral





Anticipate representative needs and handle them pro actively

Prospects: 50%

Clients: 20%


President and Staff: 15%



Public (PR): 10%



Broker Dealer: 5%

Previous marketing or sales experience





Two plus years experience in the financial industry - Series 7 and/or CFP strongly preferred Superior organizational skills



Outstanding telephone and computer?skills, Power Point, MS Office Suite (Word & Excel)
