Securities Processor / Corporate Actions Processor

A Securities and Corporate Action Processor in this area will be responsible for the monitoring and processing of voluntary corporate actions occurring for trust client?s assets; processing instructions from administrators and business relationship managers; maintain accurate transaction records.  Provide management with scheduled reports as needed.  Assist in the unit functions and process as needed. 

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

?2 or more years of experience in Securities Processing and/or Corporate Action Processing

?Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications including Access and Excel

?Experience with 10-Key

?Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to communicate with Senior Management, Administrators and Portfolio Officers

?Self-starter able to manage and prioritize workload

?Detail oriented, adhere to strict deadlines, multitasking with strong organizational skills

?Must be able to work independently and notify Manager of potential problems and situations 

 

Preferred Requirements:

?Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

?4+ years of Securities Processing and/or Loan Processing

?Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
