Seeking Office Assistant/Receptionist

Job Description
 We are an expanding fee-only, financial planning firm with a high net-worth clientele. Our comprehensive services include advising clients on all aspects of their financial lives (e.g., tax, budgeting, portfolio management, insurance, estate planning, etc.).  We are searching for a permanent, full-time office assistant/receptionist. Responsibilities include office administration (filing, word processing, reception, etc.) as well as assistance in other various general activities throughout our practice.  
Skills/Requirements
 

Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, and reliable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills mandatory as you will have direct client contact.  The candidate must also be a self-starter and be adept at multi-tasking. Additionally, the candidate must be computer literate and have experience with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
