Senior Analyst, Debt Derivatives Documentation Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day to day responsibilities of the Debt Derivatives Documentation team.Draft legal documentation for OTC derivative transactions; including coordination with legal, credit, collateral, etc. to ensure proper information as appropriateInterface with internal and outside entities/counterparties (Trading, Sales, Settlements, Regional Client Service teams, Regulatory, Credit Risk, Treasury, Legal and Compliance) to ensure accurate and timely resolution of issues and timely execution of documents. Manage the workflow of client transactions to ensure that trades are being signed off in a timely manner. Actively participate and lead projects and initiatives related to the group, including project definition, planning, user testing and releases.Share product/business knowledge with team members and provide training and coaching.Qualifications:
5 ? 8 years of relevant experience in derivative products documentationUnderstanding of Debt Derivatives business and products traded including Total Return Swaps, Spreadlocks, Ratelocks, Range Floaters, Swaptions, Linked Notes and Swaps  Mastery of ISDA definition sets (below), confirmation forms and the ability to apply principles to drafted documents

 Familiarity with the form of ISDA Master Agreement and Credit Support Annex documentationAble to prioritize and manage multiple processes - can manage time sensitive issues, prioritize multiple processes and projects and articulate thought process for decision making. Highly detail oriented, organized, consistent follow through and ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and accurately. Design and automate daily processes - articulate, verbally and in writing, requirements to streamline current manual or inefficient processes and ensure timely and accurate completion. Experience managing and leading high performance teams.Ability to learn in house technology systems.Proven interpersonal skillsCollege degree required.
