Senior Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager

Responsible for all operational aspects of the Mortgage Cross Sell sales team.  The key responsibilities and projects will be focused on ensuring that systems and procedures are in place and operating efficiently to ensure the maximum sales production from the 100 FTE in Mortgage Cross Sell.

 

Interacts substantively with Compliance, Consumer Lending Sales Center, and IT Application Managers.  In addition to sales operations, this individual will also be responsible for operational aspects of Transformations impact in Mortgage Cross Sell, Compliance/Business Impact and Continuity, staffing model and requisitions, budget management and special projects as needed.

 

Demonstrated experience with formal project management methodologies and MS Project, MS office and strong PC skills.

5+ years experience with business project management and analysis.

Experience in a sales environment, preferably financial services.

Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, strong administrative skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities are required.
