Senior Client Service Representative

The Senior Client Service Representative is the primary contact for custody clients and provides timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries to ensure exceptional levels of client service are met.

 

Requirements:
Client Service
Proactively respond to custody related client inquiries on a daily basis
Work effectively with internal departments to prioritize and resolve client requests and deliverables
Risk and Control
Complete monthly client reporting requirements
Assist in maintaining and reporting on client service related metrics
 Participate in team based project work and audits
Technology and Innovation
Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to effectively manage client inquiries
Introduce and familiarize clients with new technology, automation tools and products

 

Qualifications:
4 year college degree
2-3 years Custody experience
Prior work experience in a client service oriented position
Proven ability to effectively prioritize and resolve client needs
Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships
Experienced in learning and utilizing new technologies to research, analyze, and resolve client needs
Experience in reporting and managing multiple data sources
Comprehensive working knowledge of Excel
