Senior Collector 2-3 Years Experience

Successful candidates will be directly responsible for the collections performance and management of a large portfolio of accounts across multiple product lines.  You should be production; goal, quality and team orientated and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Prior law firm experience is a plus as is being fluent in Spanish.

 

Qualifications:

 Minimum 2 years experience and achievement in consumer debt collection. Sound judgment, problem solving and negotiations skills. Ability to meet defined performance and production goals. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Functional understanding of state and federal laws including the FDCPA. Proficiency with basic computer programs including Excel, Outlook and Word. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.
