About the Opportunity ·   Manage a commercial loan portfolio (dealer network) through proper administration and credit underwriting practices.

? Review and assist in establishing credit limits and determining credit ratings on existing dealers.

? Prepare formal credit write-ups on larger and/or more complicated dealers and related transactions, for review by Director of Underwriting and/or Executive Management.

? Provide consultative insight into review of dealership financial issues
 

Responsibilities

? Extensive financial analysis, including periodic review and/or preparation of proforma financial statements.

? Prepare regular reviews/ formal analysis on existing larger and more involved credit relationships.

? Work with Regional Credit Managers and other staff members to monitor individual loan performance and to ensure compliance with policy/procedures.

? Post annual/monthly financial statements received from clients in a standard software program

? Update credit rating on an annual basis, or more frequently if required, for each dealer.

? Maintain credit file?s content in accordance with procedure.

? Assist with monitoring and maintaining financial reporting and covenant tracking system.

? Perform other tasks as required.


Qualifications

? Bachelor?s Degree with a major in Finance or Accounting.

? MBA desired

? Over 8 - 10 years of relevant credit analysis experience.

? Experience in equipment financing industry and dealership insight a plus.

? Excellent customer focus with the ability to appropriately plan, organize, prioritize and manage work processes.

? Strong verbal and written communication skills

? Strong personal computer skills including ability to create new formats for more effective presentation and analysis of data.

? Good understanding of state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to the lending function.

? Salary grade determined by skills and experience.
