Senior Data Modeler/Developer
As a Data Modeler, the successful candidate will develop and manage conceptual and?predictive logical data models to support the data?mining and?strategies needs of the mortgage decision processes. Provide definitions of data resources supporting the integrated client data architecture. Analyze logical rules, data elements, optimize business decisions and develop logical rules to be implemented in an automated decision system. Plans, defines, and creates the scope and design of configurations and architectures for integration and sharing of enterprise data resources. Facilitates design reviews, and responds to questions about risk management strategies and predictive data models and credit policies pertinent to mortgages. Develops, Designs, implements, and maintains databases and/or data models pertinent to underwriting a? mortgage decision or account management.

Advanced SAS programming (including macros and SQL)? Data Modeling (Predictive Modeling for Credit Scoring: Regression Analysis, Decision Trees, Linear Optimation Programming) Masters or PhD Degree in one of the following: Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics,? or Economics.
