Senior Financial Analyst

SYColeman is looking for someone with all or most of the following qualifications:

 

?A Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience

?The ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference

?The ability to apply concepts and effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, managers, and customers

?Someone who can assist in planning, programming, and budgeting system (PPBS)

?The ability to develop/write R&D and ACTD program concepts and justifications and funding justifications

?Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

?Skill in using personal computer and all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook)

?Someone who can complete work with minimum guidance and supervision

?Willingness to travel

? The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

 

SYColeman desires a candidate with the following skills:

 

?Someone who can assist in developing the annual program funding plans and the managing of execution of funds, reconciling Unliquidated Obligations, tracking MIPRs, and other sources of funds

?A candidate who can assist in writing the POM submission, revisions, perform tracking and reconciliation of funds execution

?The understanding of accounting systems is a plus

? Experience with Special Forces
