Company Profile:
Investors Financial Services Corp. is a bank holding company. Our primary operating subsidiary is Investors Bank & Trust Company. Through our subsidiaries, we provide a comprehensive range of services to financial asset managers, such as mutual fund complexes, investment advisors, banks and insurance companies. These services include our core services, global custody and multicurrency accounting, and our value-added services including mutual fund administration, securities lending, foreign exchange, cash management and institutional transfer agency services.
Since becoming a publicly traded company in 1995, we have experienced dramatic growth in revenues, earnings, and total assets processed for clients. One of our core strategies is to maintain our technological expertise, as we believe that technology, not scale, determines our success. The asset servicing industry requires the technological capability to support a wide range of global security types, currencies, and complex portfolio structures.
We strive to deliver superior and innovative client service. We believe service quality in client relationships is key to maintaining and expanding business as well as attracting new clients. We look at assets servicing from our clients' viewpoint and build our business around their needs. Unlike most of our competition, we are 100% focused on the business of securities processing. That means the complex needs of asset managers receive 100% of our attention.
