Senior Marketing Manager

The Advisor Network Solution Group has an immediate opening for an experienced marketing communications specialist on the Marketing Team.

 

This position will lead the effort to develop, implement and manage the communication strategy for SEI?s advisor clients.

 

The Advisor Network Solution strategy is designed to provide independent investment advisors with a comprehensive and integrated investment and wealth management platform enabling them to focus on the needs of today?s HNW and institutional investors.  The Marketing Team within the Solution Group is responsible for three core areas that support the overall solution:

? Marketing assessment including advisor and investor segmentation, market research, competitive analyses and market positioning;

? Communications strategy and program development and execution to provide industry Thought Leadership

? Solutions packaging including brand management, marketing materials development and training designed to effectively launch SEI?s solutions to the marketplace.

 

The Sr. Marketing Manager will interact and collaborate with internal, other product and business service groups as well as advisor clients and prospects to

develop, test and manage the communications initiatives designed for different advisor segments and their clients.  The responsibilities for this position include the overall strategy, development and execution of advisor communications initiatives such as:

? Lead generation campaigns

? Regular teleconference/Webcast series

? Monthly newsletters

? Client letters

? Marketing campaigns and sales materials development

? Advertising, web and traditional media campaigns

? Packaging of materials for multiple uses

? Campaign tracking and evaluation processes and systems

? Thought Leadership initiatives

 

The position is an excellent opportunity to further develop and demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to test and implement marketing and communication strategies designed to re-establish SEI?s leadership position within the independent advisor industry.

 

The requirements for this position include:

? BA/BS degree in marketing, communications and/or other related business field; MBA or Masters degree is preferred

? 7-10 years marketing experience working in the financial services field; experience working with investment advisors or intermediaries and or other intermediaries is necessary.

? Excellent writing and communications skills

? Creative and strategic thinker

? Demonstrated ability to package content for a variety of venues ? newsletters, seminars, web, sales presentations, etc.

? Experience in developing strategic marketing plans

? Experience in developing and managing budgets

? Ability to coordinate and manage multiple initiatives; proven project management experience

? Experience in vendor/partner management

? PowerPoint skills a plus
