Senior Media Relations Professional for Investor Relations firm

Established NYC-based Investor Relations firm seeks energetic, results driven media relations professional.  Must have 3-5 years IR agency experience with a proven track record of successful pitches to business/financial news and industry media.  Requirements include understanding of financial markets, disclosure rules and financial statements as well as the ability to manage accounts and work with clients effectively. Strong writing skills and excellent media contacts also required.  Ideal candidate will operate with a degree of independence but seek advice from team members when required.  Applicant should also desire to contribute to the development and presentation of new business programs for potential and existing clients.  Competitive salary and benefits.
