Description
Develop HRMS system for DIMHRS. Strong PS8.9 PeopleCode, Application Designer and Application Engine. Perform analysis, design, coding and implementation of system changes, customizations. Ability to interpret the functional specs and draft detail technical specifications. Strong functional & technical understanding of PeopleSoft HRMS, Self service, ePay, eProfile, ePay, eComp, T&L. Develop and modify a variety of PeopleSoft HRMS modules using SQR, App Engine, PeopleCode, component interface, and PeopleSoft Tools. Table set-up, configuration and layout as required. Under limited guidance, perform complex analyses, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation and problem solving of application and technology components. Interact and communicate effectively with ERP Development team members to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of PeopleSoft updates and modifications into production. Troubleshoot and correct application errors.

Required Experience
Experience in at least two full PeopleSoft HRMS lifecycle implementations.
Must have experience customizing PeopleSoft Workflow (especially in PS 8.9) and must have developed complex modules or bolt-ons to the applications.
Minimum five years experience programming and developing PeopleSoft HRMS. Strong technical and analytical skills with extensive development background is required. Must have PS 8.9 with PeopleCode, App Designer, App Engine along with Workflow and bolt-ons.
