The Financial Advisory Center is a call-center and web-based brokerage service within the Global Private Client Group.  Our group is focused on providing personalized, quality advice and guidance to clients with less than $250K in investable assets.

 

Position Description:

Senior Specialist, Client Experience and Analytics group

 

Participate in strategic projects across the FAC aimed to continually improve processes and operations of the business.  Unique projects can involve thinking about and coordinating initiatives to enhance the client experience, conducting quantitative analysis of sales campaigns? profitability, and structuring cost benefit analysis of client growth strategies.  Responsibilities include identifying key considerations when project planning, and helping to develop problem-solving approaches via research, brainstorming, and communicating with different parties.  A key technical skill is applying quantitative skills to translate economic impact of process changes.  Strong interpersonal skills should facilitate working with multiple cross-functional teams to conduct analyses, developing and communicating analysis to management, and cooperating with strategy team members.  Qualifications:


Minimum Requirements:
