Job Accountabilities:
This position provides professional and courteous service in processing a variety of day-to-day customer transactions that include accepting and validating checking and savings deposits, cashing various types of checks and/or savings withdrawals, and counting, sorting, and packaging currency and coin. Balances assigned cash drawer. Identifies customer needs and matches needs with appropriate product or service, utilizing opportunities to suggest or cross-sell other bank products or services. Makes qualified referrals to other team members including across lines of business. Responds to customer inquiries and resolves problems or complaints ensuring customer satisfaction.

Experience:
High School education, GED, actively continuing pursuit of either or equivalent work experience. Working knowledge of: all deposit services, money instruments, and compliance awareness. Minimum of 6 months Teller, or Teller equivalent, experience. Customer service background and ability to refer bank products.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 6:45-6:30; Saturday 6:30-1. One day off during the week.
