Job Purpose:

This position provides professional and courteous service in processing a variety of day-to-day customer transactions that include accepting and validating checking and savings deposits, cashing various types of checks and/or savings withdrawals, and counting, sorting, and packaging currency and coin. Balances assigned cash drawer. Identifies customer needs and matches needs with appropriate product or service, utilizing opportunities to suggest or cross-sell other bank products or services. Makes qualified referrals to other team members including across lines of business. Responds to customer inquiries and resolves problems or complaints ensuring customer satisfaction.

40hr schedule,between the hours; Monday- Friday 6:45a-7:15p Sat 7:30a-1:15p

 

Knowledge & Skills:

 Education:
- High School education or equivalent or actively continuing pursuit
Working knowledge of:
- all deposit services, money instruments, and processing procedures
- Compliance awareness

Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months Teller, or Teller equivalent, experience
