Senior Treasury Analyst

Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: Under general direction provide centralized global cash management and treasury - project management support to TeleTech's Corporate Treasury department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Broad Project Management Responsibilities: Support a variety of global treasury and finance related projects (related to global treasury operations, forecasting, inter-company funding, corporate finance, foreign exchange, SOX, treasury workstation, leasing, etc...)
- Centralized Global Treasury Operations - Support the cash management team with the ongoing operations, projects, research, and deployment of global best practices. Actively work with other departments, including A/P & A/R, payroll, accounting, IT, legal, and procurement, and the Company's international finance organizations.
- Serves as an advocate for process improvement and general technology efficiency within the Treasury organization including the automation of other Treasury / Finance functions.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- BS / BA degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
- Prior international treasury, finance, and / or banking experience required
- Proactive, self-directed work ethic with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects and work well with a cross functional group of people
- Exceptionally organized
- CTP certification a plus
- MS Office skills & treasury workstation a plus
- Knowledge or Oracle a plus
