With $6 billion in assets, The Golden 1 Credit Union has an excellent opportunity for an innovative and progressive leader to manage all facets of the credit union?s marketing along with its in-house advertising agency.  Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this individual will be responsible for identifying current demographic and market trends, analyzing products and services in order to maintain and improve competitive position, and providing recommendations of marketing strategies based upon results.  Ideal candidate must have an innate ability to bring a creative flair along with strong analytical skills to consistently seek and implement effective campaigns thereby increasing cross-sell ratios and results for the organization.  Strong interpersonal and management skills, along with proven communication and presentation skills are essential.  Bachelor?s degree plus five years demonstrated success in leading and managing marketing and advertising functions in financial services or similar retail environment required.
