SERVICE ASSOCIATE

 

Chicago loop investment management consulting firm seeks an experienced and ambitious professional for the position of Service Associate. The position will assume responsibility for supporting the firm?s private client investment consultants in the areas of account administration, client servicing and consulting projects. Ideal candidates will have mutual fund/investment securities experience and possess strong organizational and writing skills. Candidate should be a fluid and polished communicator.

 

List of key requirements/needs in a candidate:

 Minimum of 2 years experience within the financial industryBA/BS degree requiredProficient using Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong business writing skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks with varied prioritiesBroad knowledge of mutual funds/investment managers; and brokerage and/or bank account administrative proceduresHard working professional with a desire to work in a collaborative environment
