Service Delivery Representative III

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing a complex mix of conversion activity that includes new business conversions, de-conversions, asset reallocations and in-kind transfers.  S/He will be responsible for the completion of accurate conversion data on financial statements, the resolution of any problems that arise during the conversion process, and the communication of this information to all interested parties including the client, investment managers and our internal business groups.  S/He will interact with internal/external auditors and regulatory agencies such as the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Labor, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, etc.  S/He will have the primary responsibility of performing functions of a complex nature for non-routine events and interacting with the client on a daily basis.  If necessary, s/he will perform duties of the Service Delivery Representatives I/II, as business needs dictate.

 

The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred or comparable work experience.  S/He must have a general knowledge of securities and trust accounting theories and practices.  S/He must be familiar with PC spreadsheets, on-line systems, a working knowledge of security settlement and brokerage practices, and experience with asset transfers (securities, collective/mutual funds).  S/He must possess strong analytical and communication skills and be able to work independently and under pressure while adhering to strict deadlines.  This position requires 2-4 years of relevant securities experience or proven competency as a Service Delivery Representative II.
