Citco has an immediate opening for a Shareholder Services Representative to work in our Transfer Agency.  Our transfer agency team members are at the forefront, interacting with our clients. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

As a Shareholder Services Representative, you will learn about our clients, financial markets, and retirement programs. You will answer inbound calls form shareholders and/or brokers and provide them with account information, transaction instruction, legal requirements, and general investment needs.  Our Shareholder Services Representatives act as a liaison between the mutual fund company and the shareholder and/or broker in providing fund and account information.  This position involves 90% phone work and 10% processing responsibilities.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year mutual fund or financial services call center experience, with an emphasis on phone contact with clients, shareholders and/or brokers.  However, if you are a recent college graduate with an interest in learning about mutual funds, or have call center experience in another industry you are welcome to apply!  We seek computer literate applicants with the ability to comprehend and convey financial information to shareholders.  Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to work both quickly and efficiently.You must be able to work well in a team environment, have strong analytical and problem resolution skills.  Series 6 and 63 licenses are preferred, but not necessary. 

 

Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm.  Overtime may be required.
