Skip Tracing Manager

This manager will be responsible for managing a late stage Skip team.? The primary duties of this team are Skip tracing, Collecting, and working with Repossession agencies.? Must be comfortable with all three areas of responsibility and be able to coach and mentor associates performing these tasks.? As the manager of this team taking escalation's may occur and must feel comfortable with direct communication with the customer.? Lastly, as this team's primary goal is Loss Mitigation developing and managing a strategy for working accounts is a large part of this role.

Required Skills:
The 90+ Skip team is looking for an individual who is able to work across departments, sites, and all levels of management? and who can act as a champion for change.? Strong communication skills are a necessity.? The individual needs to possess strong negotiation skills and have the ability to develop and then articulate business strategies.? Can act as both a manager and a mentor and is comfortable facilitating and presenting in meetings.? Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and possess the skills necessary to appropriately prioritize multiple tasks.
