Small Business Banker/Lender

Our client is a large financial institution with locations in NY and CT.  They are seeking individuals to work full-time in small business banking.  Individuals will be responsible for generating loans and selling cash management services on a monthly quota basis to businesses with annual revenues of up to $5 million. 

 

Candidates will likely have banking experience or have sold financial products and services to small businesses. A potential candidate may be currently selling payroll services, may be a financial representative or broker working on commission only.  This position may be attractive given it offers a solid base with full benefits and commission.

 

Candidates will work in the banking location closest to their home.

 

 

Requirements

Must be hunter/gatherers.  The individual will be focused on sales and acquisition of new clients.  Must have strong outreach and consultative selling skills and have a demonstrated track record of success.

 

Some level of credit training is preferred but will consider individuals with an understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysis. 

 

Undergraduate Degree preferred.

 

Compensation comprises base and commission, plus a full benefits package including a matched 401k and paid holidays and vacation.
