This position is primarily responsible for the daily analysis, research and processing of IRA, Retiree Health Savings and Vantage Point transactions and correspondence. It is expected that this associate will continuously analyze current operating procedures and processes for improvement and efficiency. This position also requires leadership skills for oversight responsibilities in the absence of the management, to attend meetings in the supervisor's or manager's absence and to represent the team on various task forces. This position is also expected to initiate and organize annual tax reporting and quarterly statement validation.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent related experience of at least 3 years. A broad-based knowledge of financial services and operations. Strong customer service skills, commitment to quality and effective problem solving skills. Access software experience.
