Specialist, Tech Prod Dev

The Relationship Tools & Support Group partners with field organizations to provide a unified, easy-to-use desktop platform (Client Central) for frontline branch, call center, and operations reps so they can seamlessly deliver one-call resolution in their daily client interactions.


This Associate Product Manager role will support a team of high performing product managers – responsibilities to include:


• Direct ownership and accountability for Client Central mission critical application functions such as macros, Rep Access, and application Help.
• Coordinating end-user enhancement requests with product development team via the Client Central mailbox and relationship building within the SME community
• Assisting product development team as needed to support usability and ongoing field research activities


Must demonstrate 2+ years experience in a supporting product development role. Candidates must be self-sufficient and demonstrate a history of accountability and delivery in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of, or experience in, at least one of Schwab’s field organizations (branch, call center, and/or operations) is mandatory.


Product development experience with current internal rep facing applications is a plus.
