Complete new LMA account opening process.  Work with Branch offices to determine possible loan structures, eligible collateral types, documentation requirements, and process flow for new LMA accounts.

 

?  Understand and communicate eligible loan structures for individuals, trusts, businesses, and NRC?s.

?  General understanding of acceptable collateral, including account types and securities

?  Obtain and review credit reports

?  Determine documentation requirements

?  Communicate LMA account details including interest rate, loan availability, fixed and variable rate loan alternatives, funds transfer, and payment information.

?  Assist in developing standardized processes, routines, forms and systems to increase productivity of the team
