This position provides administrative support to investment professionals within the domestic equity group of FMR Co. The incumbent will directly support three to five individuals and work with other members of the administrative team to consistently provide a high level of administrative services.

Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and courteous phone coverage
Schedule and coordinate attendees and materials for internal and external meetings
Sort, open and deliver mail daily
Distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports as needed
Arrange both domestic and at times, complex international travel as required
Complete travel expense reports and invoice payment requests in timely fashion
Collect company detail and disseminate daily conference call schedules for the quarterly earnings release periods
Utilize multiple internal systems concurrently to provide investment professionals with updated information as requested
Back up and assist other team members as needed
Other reponsibilities as assigned

Skillful in organization, prioritization, follow-up and attention to detail
Excellent proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
