Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst

 

Commerce Bank ( St. Louis Market ) has an immediate opening for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst.  This individual will provide business intelligence that supports strategies through the use of advanced database and analytical techniques.

 

Primary Duties include:  Perform data mining of consumer databases to analyze key business issues.  Partner with Marketing to optimize marketing campaigns by using statistical modeling for campaign development and analytical and data mining skills to evaluate campaigns? success.  Create predictive statistical models as required.

 

Requirements include: Combines advanced data mining skills with business analysis skills to create written business analysis.  3-5 years experience in data mining large internal & external databases.  Advanced user of data mining tools such as SAS, Business Objects, TOAD or equivalent to extract, organize and analyze data from large internal and external databases.  Advanced user of SAS or equivalent statistical tools for statistical modeling and/or analysis.  Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Behavioral Sciences or related discipline, plus a strong knowledge of business.  Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical skills to translate large amounts of data into business analysis that drive decisions.
