Sr. Compensation and Benefits Administrator

The Senior Compensation and Benefits Administrator will manage and administer all compensation and benefits programs for the company. 

 

Responsibilities include:Coordination and administration of compensation related activitiesAdministration of the annual incentive and merit review cyclesConducting regular analysis of internal and external market data to ensure competitiveness and appropriateness of compensation practices and recommended actionsEvaluation of positions in an effort to ensure compliance with FLSA standardsGeneral administration of all benefits related activity including both health and welfare plans and retirement plansWorking with insurance brokers in the development, implementation and communication of benefits programs and plansCoordination of all enrollment activities including the annual open enrollment cycle Coordinating the regular review of vendors and benefits programs, identifying and recommending opportunities for improvements and/or enhancements to existing programsInterpretation of benefits related policies and procedures and the resolution of questions or issues that may arise

 

Requirements:

Four year college degree preferred. Equivalent education or relevant experience required.  Minimum of 5 years related HR experience, with a focus on benefits and/or compensation highly recommended. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a high level of customer service orientation necessary.
